A Strongarm 128 Bit Encryption Server

OverTheHill.com handles all online transactions with industry-standard SSL encryption. We use the Stronghold server. In our opinion it is technically the best product available.

When you enter your credit card number into the order form, it is transmitted across the Internet in an encrypted (scrambled) form, then decoded when it gets to us. For added security, we also encrypt the credit card number when it is stored on disk. We take these matters very seriously.

We order products online all the time, both as a company and as individuals. When we use a credit card to buy something online, we feel at least as safe as we would using one in a store or restaurant. We hope you will feel equally safe ordering from us.

We feel that offering this information is just one aspect of a successful customer service plan. Good online businesses see offering free information as the equivalent of having knowledgeable salespeople.

A Comprehensive Privacy Policy

We will not share any information about our clients. By giving us your name, address, and credit card information to us, you are entrusting us. We take this trust very seriously.

  • We will not sell your information to any mailing lists. Other companies can get 5 cents for each persons customer information. We don't think selling your name to a company that will send you junk mail is worth a nickel.
  • We will not mail you unwanted information. If you request it, we will e-mail you a copy of your order. After your order is filled, you will not hear from us again. Otherwise we will not send you any e-mail. Instead, we will keep busy filling orders and marketing our store.
  • We will not give out your e-mail address. Although we have a cookie that monitors who enters our site (we use it to serve repeat customers) we promise not to use the information for anything other than tracking.
  • We will use your credit card information only for the purchase you request. If the shipping works out to be $3.20 and you only paid $3.00 we will pay the twenty cents. We will do whatever it takes to keep our promise to you.
  • We will maintain the most secure online transaction process possible. We use the Strongarm secure server, in our opinion, technically the best product. It supports industry-standard 128-bit SSL encryption. This product is so secure, it cannot be exported. We trust our transaction to it. We hope you will also.
  • We hope that we can earn your trust and we look forward to making you a satisfied customer.

Discreet Shipping and Billing

We assure your discretion and privacy by shipping every order in a plain box. Standard Mail and International shipments are made in a plain brown box, while Priority Mail is shipped in a standard Red, White, and Blue box (priority mail is available in the U.S. only). These boxes are supplied to us by the US postal service and are the same as those used by thousands of mail order companies around the country.

We do not use OverTheHill.com as the return address. Instead, we use:

PriveCo is our corporate name. We feel it makes a discreet return address. Your credit card statement will also have Isdera Corp. as the billing party. We feel that this will allow you to receive your shipment and bill in a private manner.

Sales Tax:

Sales tax is charged for Michigan residents only. The rate is 6% by law. The site will use your shipping address to determine if tax should be applied and will do so for Michigan residents.

Customer return policy:

Providing you superior customer service is one way in which we hope to earn your repeat business.

If you are unhappy with the contents of your order:

Contact us within 30 days of your order and we will either fix the problem, or refund your money (whichever you prefer). We will not hesitate to satisfy your wants when there has been a mistake in shipping, invoicing, or packaging. If these problems occur we will be quick to admit fault and to fix the problem.

We Will Replace Defective Products

If your product did not work when it arrived or it broke within 30 days, we'll replace it. We do ask that you mail it back to us so that we can work with the manufacturer to diagnose the problem.

What To Include Please include a copy of your order (or a note that includes your name, order number, and email address). Let us know what went wrong, and let us know whether you want a replacement of this item or you want another item we sell that is equal or lesser in price.

Get your replacement faster: After you send the package back, e-mail us with the tracking number and what you returned, we'll send you a replacement or if you request it or a different toy of equal or lesser value that you choose. Tell us what you want in the email. If you don't request a different item, we'll replace the toy you originally ordered.

If you feel you have been charged improperly or are in any way unhappy with charges to your account.

Within 48 hours of receiving your complaint, either by phone, e-mail, or regular mail, we will review our order database, cross-check it with our secure order server, review our credit service account, our shipping records, and reply to you. If we find any errors we will immediately credit your account. Often, if you telephone us, this entire process can take place during that one call.
